KMW is the answer for the mechanical needs of your Model T power-train. I offer the highest quality work with reasonable completion time and competitive rates. The following services are offered:
CUSTOM MACHINE WORK such as milled heads, port and polish, special pulleys, external drive shaft on side of engine for running auxiliary items such as oil pump, water pump, and or fuel pump etc. is available. There is no machine project too difficult! I have a complete machine shop and also a complete tool and cutter grinding shop which I have operated for the last 33 years. There is no special cutter that might be required that cannot be produced in my shop. Ideas and brain-storms are welcome; just give me a call. Special machine services are also available. My shop is equipped for the best precision work. All specialty fixtures, jigs, and tooling are laid out and located on Swiss made SIP Jig Bore machine, Meuser and Rivett tool room lathes and genuine Bridgeport, Index, and Van Norman milling machines. Accurate location of cylinder bores, valve guides and seats, etc. to what is known as "blue-print" position is standard in each rebuild. Ford factory blue-prints are used for feature location.

- Model T short-block rebuild
- Model T long-block rebuild
- Model T short or long-block rebuild with transmission-pan precision alignment assembly.
- Model A Engine Rebuild
- Transmission Rebuild (Model A or T)
- Differential Rebuild (standard or Ruxtel)
- Drive Line and Differential rebuild and precision alignment assembly.
- Model T block altered to fit over-sized mains on SCAT or other counter balanced crankshaft. (either babbitt or inserts with new heavy duty cast iron main caps.)
- Model A crank drilled for full pressure oiling.
- Transmission shaft reworked and flanges ground for perfect alignment on crank/flywheel.
- Pan Straightening, re-soldering, brazing, and other pan repairs.
